You are a student at any UK university for the 2024-25 academic year. You enjoy meeting and talking to new people, and are eager to network & form a community of likeminded people at your uni.
You're outgoing & happy to push yourself and get out of your comfort zone. You're always searching for your next trip, enjoy new experiences, support sustainable travel and want to earn discounted bucket-list adventures.
You're passionate about creating a positive social impact on your peers, multiple charities, and the environment. You're ambitious and energetic, invested in strengthening your CV & skills, and are willing to earn based on your hard-earned results.
You will recruit a team for an EA charity challenge of your choice, supported by your EA Challenge Account Manager.
You will organise a couple of group fundraisers for you and your team throughout the academic year!
You will organise a few group socials for you and your team to get to know each other before your bucket-list adventure together!
You will be key in helping us listen to and communicate with the student community, your challenge team and the university. From spreading the message of our charity challenges, to booking rooms and stalls for info sessions or fundraisers, to providing valuable feedback & creative ideas to enhance our student engagement initiatives.

Role
βBeing a challenge leader has given me the confidence and skills to further my fundraising abilities beyond what I could have imagined. Itβs also broadened my horizons in terms of travel and friends, as being a challenge leader has given me the opportunity to meet new and interesting people and visit exciting new places.
