FOUNDER - HEAD OF CHALLENGES AND PARTNERSHIPS
Our original founder, Alex, leads on challenges and partnerships, which includes forging new relationships and making sure all our challenges run safely, smoothly and to the highest standard.
Equally, (in fact probably most importantly!), Alex makes sure each team member feels supported, empowered and equipped to be their professional and personal best whilst working for Endeavours, striving to always support the team and take them to the next level.
Passionate about sustainability, business, charity and adventure, Endeavours is more than just a business, its a passion and a dream that he hopes one day can be visible across the world.
BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER
Izzy is the glue that holds Endeavours together, responsible for customer experience, fundraising support and wider business administration. She is our go to pro for any questions and helps oil the wheels that helps the team move forward, whilst being the team lead on interacting with participants and keeping them updated with information.
A keen bean for sustainability, responsible tourism, and charity, Izzy is excited to see where the bright future of Endeavours will go!
GRADUATE CHALLENGE ACCOUNT MANAGER
Sofia is our Challenge Account Manager, responsible for leading and coordinating challenge accounts with university RAG’s and societies across the UK. From managing challenge leaders to organising training, Sofia is a crucial part of ensuring the successful and smooth running of our challenges.
Sofia joined Endeavours Adventures because of her joint passion for travel and the third sector, feeling like this role will fulfil her purpose of making a positive difference in the world and inspire others to do so too.
Her favourite challenge so far has been Machu Picchu, Peru, because of its incredible and diverse views, food and culture.
GRADUATE CHALLENGE ACCOUNT MANAGER
Danny is a giant in the world of charity (no literally, they’re 6’7), and as one of our Challenge Account Managers, they are responsible for directly communicating with RAGs, fundraising groups, and charities up and down the country.
They have four years of prior experience in the student fundraising sector; having completed two international challenges, been a Challenge Leader for a third international challenge, and most recently been the Vice Chair at Loughborough RAG. Therefore, it only seemed like the natural progression for Danny to then join a job which would allow them to work with students and charities hand-in-hand, and Endeavours Adventures was the best company to join.
MARKETING MANAGER
While new to the world of student fundraising, Alexandra has dabbled in charity work in the past, mainly through running or as a volunteer.
She comes from a media and marketing background, having worked as Enterprise Officer in this domain at Loughborough Students' Union. A passionate long-distance and trail runner, she would never say no to a challenge that involves time spent in nature.
Her drive to make a positive impact in the world has led her to working for Endeavours Adventures, where she manages the marketing strategies across all channels.
Her other hobbies include illustration and reading just about anything - especially historical (non-)fiction.
