The year is 2019, and after working in group travel, including that of the world's top National Football teams, brands and organizations, and having conquered Mt Kilimanjaro, the Dash to Dubrovnik, and the Machu Picchu Trek, an idea was planted in Alex's head...

'Can I combine a love for travel and adventure together to positively change the world?'

Endeavours Adventures is born...

Alex leads on challenge organisation and partnership development, which includes forging new relationships and making sure all our challenges run safely, smoothly and to the highest standard.

Equally, (in fact probably most importantly!), Alex makes sure each team member feels supported, empowered and equipped to be their professional and personal best whilst working for Endeavours, striving to always support the team and take them to the next level.

Passionate about sustainability, business, charity and adventure, Endeavours is more than just a business, its a passion and a dream that he hopes one day can be visible across the world. 

Sofia, is responsible for leading and coordinating our charity challenges and small group tours. She knows our experiences inside and out and is a crucial part of ensuring the successful and smooth running of our challenges. 💪

Sofia joined Endeavours Adventures because of her joint passion for travel and the third sector, feeling like this role will fulfil her purpose of making a positive difference in the world and inspire others to do so too. 🌍

Nicknamed the Adrenaline Llama, she is always up for anything that is new, adventurous and fun, and even more so to share this with the Endeavours community!

Izzy is the glue that holds Endeavours together, responsible for customer experience, fundraising support and wider business administration. She is our go to pro for any questions and helps oil the wheels that helps the team move forward, whilst being the team lead on interacting with participants and keeping them updated with information.

She is a keen bean for responsible tourism, charity, and, well, sustainability!

Soph is on our Graduate Future Leaders Scheme. She is responsible for communicating with RAGs, fundraising groups, and charities all over the country.

Nicknamed the Fundraising Llama, Soph discovered a love for fundraising during her teenage years and is nothing if not passionate about positive change!! From shaving her head to organising a bake sale, Soph’s done it all- especially as UEA’s RAG chair during her final year at uni. 

Working with Endeavours Adventures enables Soph to combine her two great loves - fundraising and bucket-list activities, so she’s SUPER excited to be part of the evolution of adventure becoming a global force for good!

Alex has always been keen for an adventure, travelling to 51 countries so far (and counting!). During his time at university, he completed treks to Machu Picchu and to the top of Kilimanjaro. He commanded a pack of 6 dogs across the Arctic circle and even embarked on an epic 6-day train ride on the Trans-Mongolian Railway, from Moscow to Beijing.

Alex now manages the operations and sales for the Ultimate Road Trip - The Dash to Dubrovnik. General car enthusiast and road trip addict, what Alex lacks in expert mechanical knowledge, he makes up for in DJing skills on the AUX cord!

Alex is super excited to join the Endeavours team alongside his colleague Nick, to grow Dash into Europe's biggest road trip and to create new unbeatable adventures.
